The word “HESLB” is Abbreviated from Higher Education Students’ loans body,This Students’ loan body is located in Tanzania at Dar es salaam Region,The main function of this body is to Assist higher Education level for all selected students in University who fails to Afford Fees as well as general Accommodation of the University.

An Applicant of Higher Education Students’ loan body , HESLB of either Diploma or Degree firstly must create HESLB Account by introducing personal details and Educational background on HESLB Portal and finally portal will give default Username which is Form four Index number as well as login Password Introduced. Note This Login Credential should be saved for future Login in the system.

How to Apply for Higher Education Students’ loan to HESLB ???
In order a University selected Student to Access HESLB loan He or She must Apply for Loan via OLAMS portal of HESLB when Application window is open. The HESLB receive loan request from Applicant via Online as well as offline via post office After download Application in PDF file , Below are the several steps which Assist HESLB loan Application in OLAMS portal just read carefully :-
Step 01 : - Take your Internet connected device and visit :- https://olas.heslb.go.tz/olams/pre-applicant through google chrome , internet explorer , fire fox etc
Step 02 :- Then click Apply for loan then fill your Academic and basic personal Information required as well as put Strong and remembered password then save.
Step 03 :- After that login to Online Loan Application form the fill required details and ensure all are correct before submit.
Step 04 : - Upload necessary and required document in form of PDF file
And then review all your Online Application form and Submit to Complete HESLB Online Application .
Step 05 : After Submit your HESLB Online Application form just Download your Completed form in PDF file and print your Application go to get final sign to judiciary and then go to Post Office to send Offline to HESLB.

The Necessary Applicants Documents required During HESLB Loan on OLAMS portal
Before going to start the Higher Education Students’ Loan Board , HESLB loan Application , the Applicants should have the following requirement in order to Complete general Application :-
=> Educational Certificates either Form four , Form six ,Diploma , results slip and other educations certificate .
=> Certificates of disabilities if Available
=>Current passport sized photos
=>Private mobile number , parents’ number as well as parents or guardians’ names and passport size.
=>Birth Certificate or NIDA for Parents or guardians’

During the Process of HESLB Online Applications the Applicant of either Undergraduate or Master should pay money in order to Access loan Application form and this form cost 30,000/= for Undergraduate Application and it cost 50,000/= for the Masters . An Applicant will receive Control number for Payment , After Payment the Application form will Display for Application.
