The NACTE Online Applications Intakes Occurs in each year with the several Intakes like march Intakes ,june and September Intakes so as An Applicants during Applications must Ensure to know the following :-
- Applicants must have a VALID working email address and mobile phone number.
- Before all must select your most preferred Programme according to your qualifications.
- An applicants can select up to 12 institutions or programmes.
- The Application Fees is Tshs.10,000/= per institution and maximum of Tshs.30,000/= for the rest of the choices (Non-refundable).
- Applicants must receives Control Number for the payment of the Application Fees.
- All payment can be made through Mobile Money services or Bank.
- Applicants should read the Students Admission Guidebook for your Programme of interest’s specific entry qualifications or requirements before making any choice.

What is NACTE Verification Number ???
In order for Diploma holder to Apply for the Degree must verify their Qualification and Updating their Information to the NACTE Systems from that issue the holder of Diploma and their Equivalences must be given the Unique and special Identification Number which is known as AVN . AVN is the shorts of the word Award Verification Number and this number is only provided by NACTE and the Example of that number is (32NT12013SG).
How much does it cost for taking NACTE Transcripts ???
The NACTE Transcripts is provided by two site locations from NACTE Headquarters and that from Zones Offices and these are differ in fees for those who are taking transcripts from NACTE Headquarters fees is Tshs 10,000/= and for those who are taking transcripts at the Zone Offices the fee is 15000/= So all of that are Transcripts fees.
